BBTRZ mineral insulated flexible fire resistant cable

Product description

1. Use

This product can be laid in transmission and distribution lines of important places such as tunnels, cable trenches, bridges, trough boxes, shafts, high-rise buildings, rail transit, hospitals, shopping malls, exhibition halls, garages, entertainment venues, data centers, etc.

2. Model and name

Model: BBTRZ Rated voltage: 0.6/1KV

Specifications: 1.5-6mm2 (3-61 core); 1.5-400mm2 (2-5 core); 10-500mm2 (1 core)

It is recommended to use a single-core cable for conductor specifications above 120mm2 for easy laying.

3. Feature description

BS6387 fire resistance

Continuously energized for 19 minutes under 19S0°C flame without breakdown (C)

After 15 minutes of flame at 2650 °C, it will withstand 15 minutes of water spray without breakdown (W)

Under the flame of 3950 °C, withstand 15min of percussion vibration without breakdown (Z)

No intermediate joint

The mineral insulated flexible fire-resistant cable can be produced according to the requirements of the user, without intermediate joints, reducing the cost of the joint and improving the stability of the cable.

Short lead time

Using advanced production technology and mature manufacturing technology, the cable supply cycle is short, and the regular grid model can be delivered within 7 working hours after the contract takes effect.

Voltage level

The mineral insulated flexible fire resistant cable has a voltage rating of 0.6/1 KV.

The mineral insulated flexible fire-resistant cable uses stranded conductors and the jacket is made of non-metallic material to make the cable more flexible and lightweight.

Anti-rat ant

The mineral insulated flexible fire-resistant cable can effectively prevent the damage of the cable damage caused by the mouse ant because of the continuous production of no joint.

Wide coverage

The length of the mineral-insulated flexible fire-resistant cable can be delivered according to the user's needs, and the entire connectorless whole cable delivery can cover almost all types of cable such as power cable and control cable.

Easy to install

Due to the combination of mineral insulated flexible fire-resistant cable and traditional cable production technology, the installation and installation of the cable is more convenient, and the terminal problems frequently encountered by mineral insulated cables (BTTZ) are avoided.

Low line loss and high current carrying capacity

Compared to cables of the same cross-section, mineral-insulated flexible fire-resistant cables have higher currents than other types of cables and can withstand considerable overload. If the rated current is the same, the line loss is smaller than other cables.

Energy saving and environmental protection

The mineral insulated flexible fire-resistant cable has a lower operating temperature than other types of cables, so the line loss is low during operation, reducing energy waste, and the cable material is inorganic, which can meet environmental protection requirements.

Radiation protection' high safety

Inorganic materials used in mineral insulated flexible fire resistant cables, resistant to radiation. The cable is guaranteed to have long-term stability, long life and durability.

Explosion-proof performance

The highly compacted insulation material in the cable and the absence of intermediate joints prevent steam, gas and flame from entering the electrical equipment connected to the cable, making it suitable for use in explosion-prone areas and in connection with various explosion-proof equipment and equipment.

Super flame retardant

Mineral insulated flexible fire-resistant cable has super flame retardancy. The biggest difference in the design of general flame-retardant cable structure is that it has an inorganic metal hydrate such as aluminum hydroxide magnesium hydroxide instead of the traditional polypropylene rope or glass fiber, and the metal hydrate is under flame. Conversion to metal oxides and water not only reduces the temperature of the cable being burned but also densely wraps the residuals outside the insulated core, making it impossible to participate in the thermal oxygen reaction, so even if the capacity of such cables exceeds 28L/m It will self-extinguish in an instant (the carbonization standard is reduced to 2.5m or less).
